The water circulating vacuum pump takes circulating water as working fluid and uses the negative pressure to create the suction effect. It can be used solely or as an apparatus for other equipments like rotary evaporator in research laboratories. It provides a good level of vacuum pressure condition for evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration and decompression, degassing etc. The features are described as follows:
Features for SHB-III/IIIA/IIIS/IIIT/IIIG series:
1: Environmentally economical as water is circulated;
2: Savings of more than 35% of electricity as compared to other types of vacuum pumps;
3: The presence of a fluid muffler to reduce the gas in the water, ensuring a higher and more stable vacuum pressure. It can also reduce the friction between gas and fluid as well as the level of noise;
4: Double-tap, double-display, can be used alone or in parallel;
5: Corrosive resistance by acid, alkali and solvents;
6: Sealed with fluorinated rubbers, preventing the corrosive gases;
7: To ensure the purity of water, the vacuum level and avoiding dirt stains, water is needed to replace;
8: SHB-III: shell, flume, ejector, tee junction, check valve and gas-extraction nozzle adopt the PP material; pump body and impeller (six flow passages, dual seal) adopt stainless steel plate pressing, the material is in accordance with the ANSI standard;
9: SHB-IIIA: ejector and gas-extraction nozzle adopt stainless steel material (ANSI standard); the rest is the same as SHB-III;
10: SHB-IIIS: pump body adopts the PP material, which is more suitable for acid gas; the rest is the same as SHB-III;
11: SHB-IIIT: transparent flume is convenient for observe water level and water quality, the rest is the same as SHB-IIIA.
12: SHB-IIIG: Spray paint Teflon(PTFE)on the ejector and gas-extraction nozzle, gas pipeline adopts fluorine rubber material, the rest is the same as SHB-IIIA.
13: SHB-IV double A: Four taps for vacuum at the same time, four gauges display, independently of each other, experiments can be conducted by four operators simultaneously, which can reduce the laboratory space and cost.
